VAILLANT Warranty on the boiler for parts and labour

This offer is for a VAILLANT 24 KW combi boiler supplied and fitted. We shall remove and dispose of you existing boiler and Connect up your new boiler to existing supplies already in place. You will also be issued installation certificate by Gas Safe Register as we shall notify them of the installation. Your Local Authority Building Control will also be notified by Gas Safe. It is against the law to install a boiler unless the installer(s) are registered as competent person such as a Gas Safe installer. We shall contact you to book a convenient appointment date and time to install the new combi boiler system. The installation normally takes approximately 1 day to completion. This includes removing your old boiler. The price stated is for a standard boiler exchange (like for like) and does not include any additional work required should the existing pipework/installation does not meet manufacturer requirements or pipework/installation needs any alteration. As an example, this might possibly be the existing gas pipe being run in a 15mm copper as opposed to now being required to run in a 22mm copper pipe direct from the gas supply (Gas meter). As set out in the above any additional pipework will be deemed as an extra and will be chargeable. No additional works will be carried out without the prior consent of the client. Please check with us before ordering the boiler to find out if the boiler size is correct for your property. A larger/smaller boiler might be necessary depending on the size of the property. Removal of the old boiler and way to remove it would be our engineer’s choice.
