Manufacturer Standard Warranty on the boiler for parts and labour
**This offer is for ANY ONE OF GLOW WORM/PROCOMBI/RAVENHEAT 24KW combi boiler supplied and fitted. We shall remove and dispose of you existing boiler and Connect up your new boiler to existing supplies already in place. You will also be issued installation certificate by Gas Safe Register as we shall notify them of the installation. Your Local Authority Building Control will also be notified by Gas Safe. This certificate is essential if you intend to sell your property in the near future. You will be required to have the boiler inspected and a certificate issued at a great deal of extra cost and time. Building Control now charge up to £350.00 for an inspection of your gas boiler. It is against the law to install a boiler unless the installer(s) are registered as competent person such as a Gas Safe installer.
We shall contact you to book a convenient appointment date and time to install the new combi boiler system. The installation normally takes approximately 1 day to completion. This includes removing your old boiler. The price stated is for a standard boiler exchange (like for like) and does not include any additional work required should the existing pipework/installation does not meet manufacturer requirements or pipework/installation needs any alteration. As an example, this might possibly be the existing gas pipe being run in a 15mm copper as opposed to now being required to run in a 22mm copper pipe direct from the gas supply (Gas meter). Important information
The price is for a standard installation with standard horizontal flue kit,which covers a basic exchange of your existing boiler for a new ANY ONE OF GLOW WORM/PROCOMBI/RAVENHEAT 24KW. The boiler will be installed in the old boiler site. Should you require the boiler to be moved to a new siting, please contact us for a free quote, or inspection. As set out in the above any additional pipework will be deemed as an extra and will be chargeable. No additional works will be carried out without the prior consent of the client. Please check with us before ordering the boiler to find out if the boiler size is correct for your property. A larger/smaller boiler might be necessary depending on the size of the property. Removal of the old boiler and way to remove it would be our engineer’s choice. If the boiler is to be sited above a first floor height, again, please contact us to see if the installation is possible.
Payment:
Please contact us if you want to buy this boiler and we shall issue you the invoice. We shall require a minimum of 50% of the total price in advance as we have to pay for the boiler and material. Rest of the payment will only be collected after successful installation of the boiler.
